Eric Stricher, the controversial host of a college radio talk show, apparently upsets one too many listeners and is nearly killed when someone decides to blow up his car. In In an attempt to find out who's responsible, Capt. Fuller assigns Booker to take over Stricher's job at the radio station. Stricher received dozens of hate letters from S.A.R., Students Against Racism, an organization led by Michael Kateman.
