Working undercover in a massage parlor run by Steven Lamoco, a drug dealer suspected of employing young girls as prostitutes, Hoffs meets Gina, Lamoco's former girlfriend, and Kati, the woman hired to run the business. Posing as a customer, Dean Garrett tries to get Kati to solicit him for prostitution, hoping to use her to get to Lamoco. However, suspecting Garrett is a cop, Kati passes the word along to her boss.
