Mickey Maxwell, a motorcycle enthusiast and brother of singer Tina Maxwell, has been murdered. Suspecting the killing is linked to Raymond Crane, the Jump Street team, along with Booker, goes undercover as motorcycle riders to trap Crane and the murderer. In order to get close to Crane, Ioki is challenged to race Captain Fuller over a menacing dirt road. When Fuller wins, and nearly kills Ioki in the process, Crane invites the Captain into his inner circle of riders, wanting a chance to buy his bike; a rare 1954 Vincent Black Shadow belonging to Booker.
