Dick drops Tommy off at college, but the very next day begins to miss him. Dick returns to the college to convince Tommy to come back, but Tommy is already flirting with girls and enjoying college life. When Dick can't persuade Tommy to return home, he tells Tommy that if he is going to stay he at least needs to come up with an outrageous freshman prank to make a name for himself and impress the girls. Dick helps Tommy literally turn the Chancellor's office upside down, nailing everything to the ceiling. Dick then pulls the fire alarm and locks Tommy in the Chancellor's office. Tommy finally realizes Dick has tricked him in hopes that Tommy will be expelled. But Dick's plan backfires when the Chancellor merely issues Tommy a warning.
