A Chump at Oxford

From the digitally restored sound era films of the Hal Roach library: Laurel and Hardy are two street cleaners who inadvertently foil a bank robbery and are rewarded by the grateful bank president with an education at Oxford University. They quickly become the victims of student pranks, which include getting lost in a maze and being informed that the Dean's quarters are in fact their own. In a sensational transformation, a bump on the head restores Stan's memory, revealing him to be the lost British athletic and scholastic standout, Lord Paddington. Laurel keeps Hardy, who he now refers to as Fatty, as his personal maid.
