A film depicting comedy legend Tommy Chong, of Cheech and Chong, and his headline-making legal problems with The Department of Justice. Filmmaker Josh Gilbert follows the tale of Chong as he becomes a primary target in a government sting, code named Operation Pipe Dreams. Of all the people prosecuted in the case, Tommy Chong was the only one to receive a jail sentence. The federal government explicitly stated the reason for this harsh punishment was because of the comedy movie Up In Smoke trivializing the government's anti-drug efforts and because of this, Tommy Chong joked that the only Weapons of Mass Destruction that the Bush Administration has ever found were his bongs.
