Minnesota Twins slugger Jim Thome joined an elite group of eight baseball players with 600+ home runs. However, Len Berman points out that a home run doesn't mean what it once did and wonders if that will be enough to secure Thome a trip to Cooperstown, New York for induction into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
