According to TMZ Evander Holyfield's house sold for $7.5 million at a public auction, but the boxer owes the bank twice that amount and also owes an additional $200,000 in back taxes. According to documents filed in Georgia, Holyfield's home is 54,000 sq. ft on 234 acres of land. Part of the money from the sale is going directly to the IRS to pay off back taxes the boxer owes. Holyfield owed more that $14 million on the mansion. No word yet if the bank plans to go after the remainder balance.
