The International Criminal Court prosecutor arrives in Libya to discuss the case against one of former leader Muammar Gaddafi's sons. Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, who was captured in southern Libya Saturday, is wanted by the ICC for crimes against humanity. But head prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo said he could be tried at home if local courts can handle the case.
