In this video, we see registered dietician, Manuel Villacorta, help Kathleen Beck, a mom who has been exasperated by her family's unhealthy eating habits. Kathy's biggest problem was that she didn't plan for her shopping. Manuel says to never leave for the supermarket without an organized shopping list. The list should include plenty of whole grain items, fruits and veggies, low fat dairy products, lean meat, and low calorie snacks.
