Apparently Mike Tyson has been dealing with a great amount of pain in his neck and was forced to go under the knife to have titanium pins inserted to support his neck as a result of an old spinal injury. A representative for the former boxing champion tells TMZ that Tyson is enjoying a speedy recovery. 'It's a very common surgery, especially for athletes. He feels great... Just has to wear the neck brace to keep everything stable for the next three weeks,' he said.
