Pigeon hunting in Pennsylvania stirs debate. Animal activists are hoping to help Pennsylvania catch up with the rest of the country and outlaw a pigeon shooting game. Unlike skeet shooting where targets are just called pigeons and are made of clay, in Pennsylvania, it is legal to use real, live birds. Heidi Prescott, an executive for the Humane Society of the United States, wishes the state would outlaw pigeon-shoots.
