Pope Francis held a Via Crucis or Way of the Cross service on Rio's famed Copacabana beachfront on Friday. Up to a million young people turned out to see the Argentine pope, giving him another frenzied welcome. The pope used the analogy of the suffering Jesus to ask the young people to ease the sufferings of the world. The pontiff urged young people to change a world where food was discarded while millions go hungry.
