Officials from North and South Korea held talks Sunday at a truce village along the border- the first face to face meeting between the two countries after months of amped up rhetoric from the North. The three person delegation from the North, led by Kim Sung-Hye, seen here wearing a green dress, sat across the table from a delegation from the South. Later, South Korean officials said the meeting went smoothly. Both sides agreed to cooperate for efficient negotiations, the spokesperson said.
