As the fighting in Syria continues unabated, three straight days of talks at the United Nations on the government's chemical weapons arsenal have so far failed to produce a resolution. Ambassadors from the five permanent Security Council member states held their latest meeting on Thursday in New York. They're still trying to reach agreement on a deal to bring Syria's chemical weapons under international control. So far no deal but optimistic noises.
