After Neesee finds a new condominium to move into, Robert discovers that it's still under construction and won't be completed for a while. Robert's visiting sister, Carmen, asks to stay at the house but, knowing that his sister and Neesee don't get along, Robert realizes that one of them has to go. Meanwhile, when Robert and Neesee help Dirk get Courtney accepted into Bobby's school, Courtney causes a bit of trouble with the other students.
