Engaged in a battle to control the downtown drug trade, Mace (Martin Seijo) must fight to maintain control of his street gang as a young hustler named Ponch (Allan Medina) tries to take him out. Caught in the middle of the drug war are homeless drifters Jason (Michael Thomas Dunn) and Molly (Jamie Belanger). The film is existential journey of life in the urban jungle.
