Two hapless losers, Buddy (Lance Barber, HBO's series The Comeback) and Earl (Billie Worley, Early Edition ), who live in a junk yard in the meat-packing town of Butcher's Mill, Illinois, cook up a plan to kidnap their local U.S. Congressman (Chevy Chase) for ransom.
