Elisabeth Hasselbeck showed a clip of her visit to the Republican National Convention on The View this morning, but while we were hoping for some viral internet gold in the form of Hasselbeck + out of context sound bytes from random right-wing celebrities, all we got, basically, was ninety content-free seconds. Here was the conversation I had beforehand with Ro, one of our video editors:Ro: I uploaded the clip of Elisabeth Hasselbeck at the Republican National Convention, she talks to Stephen Baldwin, Jon Voight, bunch of random celebrities.Me: Is it funny?Ro: I don;t know... it;s... weird.
