Fact: Some Old Fogey (literally, this was probably his code name in the Skull & Bones Society) decides to celebrate by hiring a band of Michael McDonald clones to write and sing a song called ??Everyone ??s a Winner at Nixon Peabody. Fact: Legal blogger gets a hold of song, and before dropping dead from laughter, puts song up on his website. Official last words, typed in an IM: ROFLMAO Fact: Song becomes internet sensation. Law firm panics, pulling the song down from the tubes. But guess what, law firm? You can;t stop the tubes! And thank god. Why?
