Concerned over the disappearance of several female metahumans, Helena investigates Malcolm Lagg (DONOVAN LEITCH), who manages a fight club that pits metahuman women against one another as men watch. After luring Helena to a prison in Old Gotham, Malcolm captures her and injects her with a substance to make her more aggressive. While Dinah and Reese infiltrate the operation, Barbara tries to find an antidote for the drug. But Malcolm catches Dinah and injects her as well, forcing her to fight Helena. Barbara and Reese must race to save Dinah and Helena before their battle becomes deadly.
