Josh, Tiffani and friends are out partying on his boat when they get stopped by the boat police for a missing boat ID. Josh barely passes a field sobriety test, and Tiffani and her friend are both underage and get cited for underage possession of alcohol.Joey hadn't had a drink in two years, and he thought he could have just a couple. When Officer Roemmele spots him staggering down the street, Joey gets taken to jail. Johnny, 19, is giving his friend Eddie a ride home when he's pulled over for a broken taillight. Officer Gutierrez finds a bottle of tequila on Eddie and something much more personal of Johnny's.
