Ryan, 18, Chris and friends are heading to a party when the police pull them over. When the cops search the car and find beers, and everyone is underage, Ryan takes the rap for all his friends. Officer Lopez pulls Varand over for not wearing a seatbelt. Varand never wears his seatbelt. The officer searches the car, finds marijuana and cites him for the weed and not wearing his seatbelt. Twin brothers Ben and Gabe get pulled over for a broken taillight. They get in an argument after Deputy Litteral stops them. Ben leaves Gabe and walks home, and Gabe's car gets towed.
