Artist Ozzy Decker (Gary Busey) puts his talents to work creating perfect forgeries to replace the masterpieces he steals. Frank (Vittorio Rossi) reluctantly goes to work for Ozzy, hoping to earn enough money to get the mob off his brother's back, but his first job is a fiasco. Ozzy is willing to give him a second chance -- lifting a valuable Cezanne -- but he wants Frank's girlfriend (Cary Lawrence) as collateral.
