In America’s barbecue capital, Memphis, Tennessee, the teams create their own barbecue sauce from scratch and then take to the streets to sell 1,000 bottles. It’s a big culinary and marketing challenge that pits Team U.K.’s BAD ASS sauce vs. Team U.S.’ UNCLE SAMMY’S blend. The Americans strategy is all patriotic with their slogan, It’s un-American not to buy this sauce! and they triumph with a big sell at a gourmet market. But the Brits’ signature blend strikes gold with a motorcycle gang. The winning team is crowned at the Gateway Arch in St. Louis.
