Dakota Incident

Featuring an all-star cast, this allegorical Western follows six disparate stagecoach passengers who must brave harsh terrain, marauding Indians and one another to reach Laramie, Wyo., with singer Amy Clarke (Linda Darnell) and outlaw John Banner (Dale Robertson) leading the group. Relying on them for survival are a pacifist senator (Ward Bond), a vengeful bank clerk (John Lund), Amy's alcoholic pal (Regis Toomey) and a tenderfoot (Whit Bissell).
