Dangerous Lady

When Hester Engel (Evelyn Brent) is accused of murder, private detective Duke Martindale (Neil Hamilton) and his lawyer wife, Phyllis (June Storey), try to prove her innocence and find the real killer in this crime mystery. The intrepid husband-wife team gets in the way of police detective Brent (Douglas Fowley), but even the cops concede that the duo has a knack for uncovering clues that point to other suspects.
