It's Christmas Eve in Salem. While the traditional ornament hanging gets underway at Alice Horton's, Lexie and Abe search for Theo, who has gone missing. Sadly, this plays into Bo's premonition that something terrible has happened to Theo, but it's Bo, with the help of a ghost from Christmas past, who eventually finds him. The ornaments are hung and despite trying to fit into the festivities, Chloe drops her new ornament and it breaks. Julie and Maggie reassure Chloe it's fine and they will get her a new one. Daniel can't take his mind off of Chloe. They talk and he finds it harder and harder to deny his feelings for her. Bo can't shake the feeling that something else is going to happen to Theo.
