While Bo calls his connections to make contact with Hope, Hope tries to escape solitary. At the same time, Warden Jane Smith meets with Charlene, a hardened convict who is out for Hope’s blood. Jane arranges for Hope and Charlene to be transferred on the same bus to another prison, in hopes that Charlene will kill Hope. Ben calls, needing an organ for a transplant which, in a huge moment, reveals that Jane and Lee are selling organs illegally, and Ben is involved. Bo, Carly and Jennifer worry about Hope and wonder how they can help. Jennifer connects with Ben, admiring how hard he works for his patients. Hope is fearful her last night in prison is her last night alive. Stefano confronts Victor and Kate for conspiring together and Kate keeping yet more secrets from him. Vivian witnesses and follows Stefano home, telling him about Kate’s part in the plot to keep Vivian entombed. When Kate arrives home, she can see Stefano is angry and leaves to let him cool off. But Stefano says to himself that this is much worse than Kate thinks. Brady visits Maggie, who tells him she knows of his involvement with Vivian being kept in that sarcophagus. She says she thought he was better than that – now he reminds her of his grandfather. Brady doesn’t think that’s such a bad thing. Brady goes off, drinking, and runs into Vivian. She makes a veiled threat, but Brady tells her to back off or who knows what might happen to her. Victor shows up to Maggie, reciting that he loves her. Maggie closes the door on him, torn apart. Vivian calls Gus to tell him to start working on their plan. She wants justice against the five who kept her entombed.
