When American-born Roshan (Abhishek Bachchan) brings his ailing grandmother back to India, little does he know that the quick trip will turn into the longest journey of his life. Sonam Kapoor plays Bittu, the local love interest who accompanies Roshan on that journey - one that takes him deep inside himself. Dealing with the on going Hindu-Muslim problems with a love story infused within, the backdrop of the story is the ancient walled city of Delhi, which many Indians consider a character in herself.
