Laying low for a century while guarding a portal to another dimension, sorcerer Dr. Mordrid (Jeffrey Combs) now discovers that his evil archrival, Kabal (Brian Thompson), has escaped his interdimensional prison and is preparing to attack earth. With the help of policewoman and occult expert Samantha (Yvette Nipar), Mordrid must stop the mad wizard before he decimates humanity. Albert Band and Charles Band co-direct this supernatural thriller.
