Several stores in a confectionery chain have been hit by a gunman and Sgt. Friday (Jack Webb) and Officer Gannon (Harry Morgan) are assigned to catch him in The Candy Store Robberies. Pressure from the detectives' supervisor is on the pair since the suspect has successfully knocked over 10 stores, using the same method of operation in each hold-up. The cast includes Merry Anders as Policewoman Dorothy Miller And Virginia Gregg as Mrs. Hardy, one of the candy store clerks.
