When a young man, Danny Rutley (ANDY PROSKY - Law & Order), comes into the emergency room with heart failure, Kovac and Gates must deal with Danny's helpless father, Wayne (ROBERT PROSKY - Hill Street Blues). Meanwhile, an Armenian man, Zakar (KEN DAVITIAN - Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan), takes time out of his schedule and risks his life to be a Good Samaritan.
