Sam and Morris are caught off guard when a photographer, Diana Moore (recurring guest star ANNABELLA SCIORRA - The Sopranos), comes into the emergency room taking photographs alongside a terminally ill patient. Meanwhile, Neela continues to feel upstaged by the new surgical intern, who seems to be Dr. Dubenko's (recurring guest star LELAND ORSER) new favorite. Also, on her birthday, Sam can only think about her son, who is away at school.
