Eli and Maggie join Taylor and Matt in Sonoma to retain a witness held in county jail who may provide the answer to why a news anchor lost a job at one of the biggest media corporations; the lawyers look to free the witness from prison but the judge, an acquaintance from Matt's past, delivers a vengeful blow; feelings begin to resurface between Eli and Maggie as they work together again.
