Ephram and Delia's grandparents, Grandpa Jacob Hoffman (recurring guest star Mark Rydell) and Nonny Ruth Hoffman (recurring guest star Doris Belack), make an unexpected visit to check on their son-in-law--and they question Dr. Brown's parenting skills.
