An investigation into the murder and disfigurement of the police commissioner s wife, Anita (Cynthia King), reveals her secret involvement in a hit-and-run accident years before. As the investigation deepens, it threatens everyone involved. All of Lieutenant Braque s (Tony Travis) witnesses are progressively found dead.
