The Carnegie Library outside of Pittsburgh, PA was built on bloodshed. In the 1800s, a fight broke out between the local steel mill workers and the townspeople, leading to gunshots and fatalities. Industrialist Andrew Carnegie built a library, complete with music hall and athletic center, on the property to make amends, but that may not have been enough to keep the spirits at bay. The staff of the Library has been reporting paranormal happenings, including apparitions of workers in the lobby. Some staff is convinced the ghost of Carnegie himself is haunting the halls. The TAPS team encounters the creepiness first hand when they investigate the halls and hear loud, disembodied voices, laughter and slamming doors. It's clear they're not alone.
