Though Malius grows ever more fond of the little prince Mial, other forces are beginning to become concerned about his seemingly divided loyalties. And as the Duke Norisse and Lady Amnelis enter the city of Crystal for the arranged wedding, one guest at the ceremony takes violent action to stop it.
