Happy (Dom Deluise) is a washed-up children's show host surviving on store openings and second rate nightclub gigs. When a restaurant he and his partner Bernie (Jack Gilford) are performing at is robbed, murder and mayhem is the result. Happy challenges the police profile of the criminal, becoming the target of a killer who has one loose end to clear up: Happy, the one person who can identify him. Also stars Dee Wallace (E.T.: the Extra-Terrestrial) and Henry Silva (Ocean's Eleven).
