In a post-apocalypse wasteland, desert scavenger Moses Baxter (Dylan McDermott) buys a robotic head as a gift for his artist girlfriend (Stacey Travis), who uses it in one of her sculptures unaware that the dismantled android is capable of reconstructing itself. After doing just that, the single-minded cyborg is ready to carry out its prime directive: to kill humans. John Lynch also stars in this cautionary cult classic.
