Lucy, her older sister Bea and their hippie mother Julia travel to Morocco from London in the late 60's. They exist with the erratic support checks from the girl's neglectful father in the vibrant city as they try to adjust to the culture and people...until Bea rebels, wanting to become normal and go to a proper school with uniforms.
