Stan helps Ollie put up a radio aerial on the roof; Mrs. Hardy wants to hear Japan. Many name HOG WILD as their favorite Laurel & Hardy short. Filmed on location at a prop house built on a rented lot closer to M-G-M than to nearby Hal Roach Studios. The climactic streetcar collision was shot a half-hour away on the campus of the University of Southern California.
