Vincent Cochran is taping the day's last shot of a low budget pornographic film starring his brother, Tony, and a model named Liz. Later, Hunter and partner Dee Dee McCall are sent to investigate an assault. When they arrive, they learn it's a homicide case and the victim is Liz. She's been strangled. Dee Dee learns from the victim's parents that Liz was using drugs and they hadn't seen her in three years.
