Hunter and Dee Dee are on surveillance at a Venice outdoor caf , searching for a man named Fabro. As they watch the restaurant, Hunter realizes that Fabro is there, in disguise. Fabro sees Hunter, and bolts from the caf . He runs to his sports car. Hunter and Dee Dee follow in the van. The chase continues on foot as Fabro heads for the beach, through alleys and streets. Hunter finally catches him and applies a choke hold. Fabro passes out. At the station, Captain Wyler criticizes Hunter's use of the illegal hold.
