Diddy is throwing a Manhattan showcase for his new, hot artist Janelle Monae. The stakes are real because selling a Bad Boy artist to the public, press, and industry VIPs is at the core of Diddy's business. There are no more teams at this point so the remaining contestants must work together to pull off this event arranging the talent, scouting the venue, working the doorÂ…everything. Diddy himself will be introducing the artist to the industry-heavy crowd so there's no room for error. He decides to test their personal drive personally making them wake him up in his hotel suite, jog in the Park with him while taking down assignments even groom his dog, Honey, while arranging the showcase. The assistants move up to his office for the first time to work out the final details of the showcase. Some find the pressure cooker a little too hot and have words with the boss himself.
