When Reno goes to New Orleans after cold-blooded murderer and voodoo guru Jean-Luc Laveaux (FRED WILLIAMSON), he becomes the recipient of a "dead man's curse." While Bobby is stranded in Texas after a series of baffling mishaps, Reno is contacted by Camilla Merced (FABIANA UDENIO), who seeks Reno's assistance in ending her association with Laveaux. When Reno is attacked by two of Laveaux's henchmen, Camilla disappears. After Reno finds Camilla, the two are attacked by Laveaux's main associate who dies mysteriously when his attempt to kill Reno is unsuccessful. With Camilla's help and the local police after him, Reno rushes to Laveaux's headquarters to capture his elusive bounty and work a little magic of his own.
