Firefighters are called to put out a fire in a burning brownstone, and among the debris uncover a pregnant woman s body, Jenna Ludlow. Detectives Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni) and Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) are called to the scene and question the victim s affluent fianc , PJ Bartlett (guest star Matthew Davis).
