When her husband haas a heart attack, she discovers their business is bankrupt an she is left with neither wealth nor family and decides to leave town in the middle of the night. Guided by chance and spirit that appears in her dreams (Rooney) she meets a stranger that appears to be the reincarnation of her husband and becomes pregnant to him. Her son becomes the savior of her life. Reflecting back, Patricia learns that her life choices for fame and fortune turned out meaningless compared to the blessings presented to her by the spiritual guide, a world full of love, beauty and promise for the future.
