He said, Will you sell me your Saturday?.I said, What do you want it for?.He said, For my life.He said he'd give me as much as it was worth. For a person like me, he said two thousand dollars. For my whole day. Midnight to midnight. I asked him what he would do with it. He said it just gets slid into that particular day of his life and he'll live it as he lives any other day. Then I'll just have one less day to live of mine. He said my day was only as good as my capacity to enjoy it. He said that since I was a bit of a pessimist, it wasn't worth as much as it could be.
